Please find the requirement below for a Business Analyst position in our company to be stationed in one of our respectful client in Jakarta.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :

DESIGN

1. Menggali dan men-challenge requirement user serta menawarkan solusi alternatif yang lebih optimal/produktif jika ada
2. Menganalisa resiko yang terjadi karena proses pengembangan System dari sisi bisnis proses dan system teknologi secara keseluruhan.
3. Membuat Desain Fungsi (FD) secara detail sesuai dengan requirement user
4. Menjelaskan requirement dari user yang tercantum dalam desin fungsi kepada system analyst untuk perhitungan effort dan pembuatan desain teknis.

TESTING
1. Melakukan standard testing terhadap aplikasi yang telah selesai di develop
2. Melakukan user acceptance test (UAT) berdasarkan test plan dan test scenario yang telah dibuat
3. Mencatat dan membuat laporan terhadap hasil testing yang telah di laksanakan
4. Memastikan applikasi yang telah selesai di develop bebas dari
kesalahan teknis
5. Mencatat, melaporkan dan menindak lanjuti bugs/error yang terjadi kepada team development dan System Analyst terkait selama proses UAT
6. Memastikan aplikasi yang di develop sesuai dengan requirement yang diminta (berdasakan desain fungsi/FD yang telah dibuat)
7. Membuat Test Plan & Test Scenario sesuai dengan Desain Fungsi yang ada, untuk di gunakan pada saat proses UAT
8. Mempersiapkan environment untuk pelaksanaan testing
9. Memastikan kualitas dan performance dari system yang selesai di develop sudah optimal dan dapat diterima oleh user sebelum diimplementasi

SOCIALIZATION
1. Mendukung training untuk end user jika diperlukan
2. Melakukan sharing session ke Team Helpdesk sebelum implementasi

IMPLEMENTATION
1. Mempersiapkan system/aplikasi baru yang akan di implementasikan
2. Membuat Checklist sebelum Implementasi dilakukan
3. Memastikan proses deployment berjalan dengan baik
4. Melakukan handover system/aplikasi yang baru ke service maintenance sebelum implementasi

POST IMPLEMENTATION
1. Mendukung dan berlaku sebagai kontak person pertama jika ada masalah pada saat proses implementasi dilaksanakan

2. Melakukan kontrol dan monitor terhadap system yang telah diimplementasi sampai dengan batas waktu yang ditetapkan

PRE-QUALIFICATION :
. Understand Common Financial Business process (Mandatory)
. Good Communication Skill (mandatory)
. Good Analytical & Conceptual Thinking (mandatory)
. Fast Learner (Mandatory)
. Understand about Project Life Cycle & SDLC (Mandatory)
. Understand UAT Concept and Quality Control (Mandatory)
. Understand Oracle PL-SQL, MAGIC, and any linear programming (optional)
. Familiar with Testing process (min 1 years exp.)

Education:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines

Technical Skills:

* Fluency in written and spoken English and excellent interpersonal skills
* Understanding of Linux principles and practices including some basic shell scripting
* Knowledge of RedHat Linux system administration including clustering is a definite advantage

- Operation Manager for Project Dept.-

Responsibilities:
· Support the document tender preparation
· Verifies that contracts are compatible with the original tender documents
· Distributes contract and its amendment to all related parties
· Integrating good communication between client and operation team- domestic and international
· Obtaining rates, preparing and follow up quotation and maintaining quotation log
· Field assignment when requested

Requirements:
· Male, min S1 degree of any major or Marine/ Transportation
· Good understanding of Freight Forwarding, Logistic, Custom Brokerage and Formalities
· Understanding of HSE terminology
· Good understanding of Heavy lifting, cargo loading/ unloading, securing and stowing
· Good understanding of vessel chartering
· Sound knowledge of project, Oil & Energy industry and customer
· English literacy both oral and written
· Computer Literate: Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
